To call for the entire records connected with the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Additional District and Sessions Judge for E.C and NDPS Act case at Pudhukottai in C.C.No. 46 of 2013 dated 29.05.2015 and set aside the same and consequently acquit the appellant.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.PRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.NAMBISELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2377 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.48 of 2022 dated 16.03.2022.
