The petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to defreeze their savings bank accounts. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents submits that a letter dated 28.05.2023 has already been communicated to the third respondent Bank to defreeze the bank accounts of the petitioners.
