ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to take action.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 submitted that the enquiry was conducted and it was found that there was a money dispute between the parties and hence, the complaint was closed.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
