CMP.(MD)No.5293 of 2026 in WA.(MD)SR.No.31908 of 2026 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J and R. SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 02.01.2026 made in W.P(MD)No. 13158 of 2019.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that matter had been referred for obtaining legal opinion and thereafter, the administration has also approved for filing an appeal and there has been delay in the said process. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents.

4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the 1/3
