O R D E R

The petitioner seeks disposal of his application for subdivision and separate patta dated 05.02.2024. It is seen that the petitioner's request is based on a partition decree in his favour in O.S.No.27 of 2003 dated 11.09.2015.

2.In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2024 for sub-division and separate patta by taking into account the decree of the civil Court in O.S.No.27 of 2003 dated 11.09.2015 and any other documents that may be relied on by the petitioner. The third respondent shall conduct due enquiry and pass final orders, after hearing the interested parties. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
