ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 23.07.2018 for the offence punishable under Section 395 I.P.C in Crime No.295 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that while the defacto complainant and his friend were returning from his agricultural field on 21.07.2018 at about 5.00 p.m, the petitioners and other accused threatened the defacto complainant and snatched 2 sovereign gold chain, Rs.2000/- and a Samsung mobile phone worth for a sum of Rs.2500/- by showing knife and caused dire consequences. Hence, the case has been registered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioners are in incarceration from 23.07.2018 onwards. Hence, he prays for bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is pending. 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, Theni District.
(ii)the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders;
