Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ESWARAN ., Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP (MD) No. 6794 of 2022 and Mr.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD) No.6621 & 6619 of 2022 and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in all the petitions, the Court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

in CRL MP(MD) No.6794 of 2022 These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.7644, 8619 and 8625 of 2022 on 11.05.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
