ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to initiate appropriate action against the 5th respondent for having recruited 2/6

and placed the petitioner's son, Vignesh (deceased), without approval and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to initiate appropriate action against the 5th respondent for having conducted courses without prior approval and direct the 5th respondent to pay a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs) as compensation to the Petitioner for having sent the petitioner's son to work in a Foreign Ship in a Foreign land without following due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, this Court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the first respondent and the first respondent is directed to consider such representation seeking action against the fifth respondent, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fifth respondent, and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
