2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the duration of delay, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of costs. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only), to be paid to the credit of the Women Advocates' Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, Indian Bank, Account No.770357420, IFSC Code: IDIB000H040, High Court Branch, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court. 24-04-2026 mkn 2/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
