This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to nab the accused persons who involved in the theft of the Toyota Etios Car bearing registration No. TN 85 E 3391, which was stolen from the petitioner's workshop on 29.01.2025 based on the petitioner's representations dated 10.03.2025 and 27.03.2025 given to the respondents 1 to 8.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered and an FIR in Crime No.457 of 2025 was registered by the ninth respondent and the same is under investigation. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.Since the FIR in Crime No.457 of 2025 is under investigation with the ninth respondent, this Court directs the ninth respondent to consider the petitioner's representations and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, without any delay. The fourth respondent is also 3/6
