ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks transfer of patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands.

3.The learned Government Advocate has given an elaborate report along with materials stating that the petitioner's request is not feasible of compliance. According to the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is trying to take advantage of the similarity of name of his father along with others. Be that as it may, the second respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and intimate the same to the petitioner. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
