This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2022 and take appropriate action, against one Sugi, D/o.Devaraj.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the second respondent is ready to consider the representation, dated 08.06.2022 and sought two weeks time to dispose of the case.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to consider the petition, dated 08.06.2022, take appropriate action and close the same.
