PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue Bricks kiln license in Survey no 830/3A2, 830/3B, 856/1, Nenmeni Village, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District based on petitioner's application dated 28.08.2024 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue a bricks kiln license for Survey Nos.830/3A2, 830/3B, 856/1 located in Nenmeni Village, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, based on the petitioner's application dated 28.08.2024, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard M/s.A.Banumathy, the Learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.S.Selvaganesan, the Learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents-1 to 4 and Mr.B.N.Raja Mohamed, the Learned Counsel for the respondent 5.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner's application dated 28.08.2024 was rejected by the respondents.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same. No Costs.
