ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the interim suspension granted by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.11649 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.926 of 2025 dated 16.02.2026. 2.The learned counsel for petitioner submits that this court by order dated 16.02.2026 has granted interim suspension of sentence upto 30.04.2026 and the petitioner has married the victim girl. Therefore, the learned counsel prays that this petition be allowed.

3.The learned Government Advocate has confirmed that the petitioner has married the victim.

4.This court considering the joint compromise memo filed on 16.02.2026 that the petitioner would marry the victim, has suspended the sentence upto 30.04.2026. Now it is reported that the petitioner has married the victim. They have also placed the marriage registration certificate before this court. Therefore, this petition is allowed. The interim suspension is made absolute with the following conditions. (i) The sureties already produced by the petitioner shall be considered and the petitioner shall be released on bail.

(ii) The petitioner shall file an affidavit before the respondent police that he will not misuse this liberty and will not indulge in any further offence and the petitioner will be available during this appeal proceedings.

(iii) The petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month.

(iv)If the petitioner changes his residence, the same shall be informed to the respondent police immediately with correct address.

(v) If the petitioner violates any of the conditions, the respondent police shall move an application to cancel the order of suspension of sentence of imprisonment. 21-04-2026 DSK To
