Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2018 and also direct the respondent No.5 to not to harass the petitioner in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
The petitioner herein is before this Court seeking direction that the respondent police should not harass him. Such a blanket relief cannot be granted under any law.
2. That apart, today, it is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the writ petitioner, who is involved in more than 7 heinous crime, is presently in prison for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC., in Crime No.1051 of 2021 on the file of the Dindigul Taluk Police Station.
3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs.
