Anbunithi, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in the order dated 12.05.2021 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6725 of 2021, on the file of this Court.

CRL MP(MD). No.5087 of 2021 2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to pandemic situation, the petitioner could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court and hence seek time to surrender.

3. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, 15 days time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
