[Order of the Court was made by Hon'ble MR.N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2019 and to take necessary action to remove the encroachment made by the fifth respondent in Survey No.599/7, Arulmigu Sri Karuppatti Muniyasamy Temple, Keelakkarai, Ramanathapuram District. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that the fifth respondent has encroached upon the temple's property by putting up a structure.

3. The status report filed by the fourth respondent clearly indicates that in fact, the temple is situated in patta land. Since the subject land is patta land and there is no encroachment as alleged by the petitioner and as the temple is situated in the disputed patta land, no orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
