ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take the appeal preferred against the order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/10145/2016, dated 17-04-2017, on the file, by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 05.04.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that already proceedings have been issued and a joint Patta has been given in favour of the petitioner and three others.
