ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take action against the sixth respondent for running the shop without obtaining a licence.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1, 2 and 5 submitted that the licence period was from 11.07.2018 to 10.07.2023 and this 2/5
period was already over. The said fact was also affirmed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent submitted that a complaint was also given by the petitioner in this regard and the same was enquired in C.No.86. During the enquiry, it was ascertained that the shop was vacated and possession has already been handed over to the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
