RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted in the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 7501 of 2022 dt 22/04/2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SRIHARSURIYA.I, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties.

Due to the inconvenience, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.7501 of 2022 dated 22.04.2022. 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 22.04.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7501 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
