This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to comply the proceedings by virtue of the letter issued by the first respondent in Petn.No.8106/2018/CORPOR/MU, dated 23.08.2018 within stipulated time by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.04.2022, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the second respondent that a report has already been sent to the first respondent for further action.

3. Today, the Officer from the first respondent is present and stated that he has not recieved any report from the second respondent. The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that he will send a report to the first respondent immediately.

4. Recording the undertaking given by the second respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of, since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. If any trouble arises, the petitioner may work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. No costs.
