Heard Mr.C.Senthil Murugan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.The petitioner's limited relief in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to rectify the extent from 24 sq.ft. to 85 sq.ft. in the patta pertaining to S.No.502/12, in the name of the writ petitioner. According to the petitioner, the FMB reflects the correct and larger extent of 85 sq.ft. However, the patta issued in Patta No.598, reflects only 24 sq.ft. Seeking necessary corrections, the petitioner has made representations on 29.10.2024 and 10.02.2025. 3.Considering the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent competent authority to address the grievance of the writ petitioner and pass orders on the petitioner's 2/5

representations dated 29.10.2024 and 10.02.2025 and subject to any positive directions issued by second respondent, third respondent shall accordingly, carry out necessary corrections in the patta, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the third respondent shall carry out corrections in the patta within a period of four [4] weeks from the order of the second respondent.
