PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.34 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.34 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 294(b), 447 & 506(ii) IPC, based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent herein. During the course of investigation, it was found that the petitioner is arrayed as third accused in the First Information Report and later it was found that he was not involved in the occurrence and so his name has been deleted. Alteration Report has also been submitted before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Theni on 27.01.2020.

3.Since the petitioner's name has been deleted from the First Information Report, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration or direction. This Petition became infructuous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
