ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused rank not known, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.15 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the accused persons before the respondent police stating that he introduced his brother/A1 and sister-in-law/A2, who is the wife of A1, to one Vijay in order to get a joy to his relatives. In this regard, the said Vijay believing the words of the petitioner gave so many amounts to A1 and A2, but the accused persons failed to get job and refused to repay the amount. Now, the petitioner is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the reasons that he introduced the other accused to the victim.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein only introduced the other accused persons to the victim in order to get job and he has not received any money from the victim and he is no way connected with the transaction of money. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that eight previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

5. It is seen that it is a job rocketing case and the petitioner has also eight previous cases and hence, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
