Mrn 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that only on permission from the Village Administrative Officer, the petitioner has taken away the small portion of well sand. A copy of the permission letter signed by the Village Administrative Officer was also filed in the typed set of papers. The learned Government Advocate also fairly admitted the same. 3.In view of the submission made by both side counsel, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the FIR in Crime No.225 of 2021 dated 24.04.2021, before the first respondent is hereby quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
