The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to take steps to return the petitioner's original educational certificates withheld by the 3rd respondent to the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2020 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that the third respondent is ready and willing to return the certificates. W.P.(MD) No.12501 of 2020 that there is a shortfall of fee payable by the petitioner and the third respondent may be directed to proceed in accordance with to recover the fee due. The said submission is recorded. 3.In view of the said submission, the third respondent is directed to proceed against the petitioner, if there is any shortfall of fee payable by the petitioner. The writ petition is closed with a direction to the third respondent to return the original certificates within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
