ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 & A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC 1/3

and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.184 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, in which, the petitioners abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, attacked him with wooden stick and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocents and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) has raised serious objections that the second petitioner is having one previous case to his credit and the investigation is pending.

5.Considering the serious allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 06/06/2024 / TRUE COPY / /06/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
