[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.] We have heard Mr.T.A.Ebenezer, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Veerakathiravan, learned Senior Counsel for Government assisted by Mr.A.K.Manickkam,, learned Standing Counsel for Government appearing for the first respondent. 2.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the first respondent District Collector to look into the grievance of 55% of people of respondent diocese, based on his representation, dated 28.06.2021.
