ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul to dispose the C.C.No.160 of 2016 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.160 of 2016 along with four other accused, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294 (b), 323, 379 (NP) of I.P.C altered into 294(b) and 325 I.P.C. He would further submit that P.W.1 was examined on 20.09.2017 and thereafter, there is no progress in the trial. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that totally there are 7 accused in this case and P.W.1 was examined on 20.09.2017 and thereafter, there is no progress in the trial. He would also submit that next hearing date is 18.12.2018. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, is directed to dispose the case in C.C.No.160 of 2016 preferably within a period of four months from 18.12.2018.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
