PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay all monetary benefits including the differential pay which are payable to the post of Superintendent from petitioner promotion dated of 28.06.2013 until 16.11.2022 within a period fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Superintendent working in the fourth respondent transport corporation, seeking a mandamus to confer monetary benefits including differential pay which are payable to the post of Superintendent.

2. A perusal of the records reveals that the present writ petition has been filed on 26.04.2023. Pending writ petition, the second respondent herein had passed an order on 21.04.2023 and it has been served upon the writ petitioner on 24.05.2023, wherein the request of the petitioner has been rejected. 2/4

3.In view of the subsequent events, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the second respondent dated 21.04.2023, if he so advised.
