ORDER

The petitioner, with an allegation that the second respondent is harassing him under the guise of enquiry, has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, a case has been registered as against the petitioner in Cr.No.34 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 406 IPC. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this writ petition is closed. No costs. The second respondent police shall take steps for amicable settlement between the petitioner and the third respondent by referring the case before the Social Welfare Officer.
