cents 50 cents situated in Sirugamani East Village, Srirangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District on the basis of survey fees of Rs.800/- paid by the petitioner in challan No.20250129016431 dated 29.01.2025 and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to mark the four boundaries for the land belonging to the petitioner. O R D E R

The petitioner based on a registered sale deed and patta mutated in the name of the petitioner has sought for survey to be conducted by making an application on 29.01.2025. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for, a direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey, measure the petitioner's property and mark the four boundaries of the petitioner's lands in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be carried out after putting on notice any affected / interested neighbouring land owners. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though patta has not 2/5

been enclosed in the typed set of papers, patta has been mutated in the name of the petitioner and the copy of the same would be submitted before the first respondent, before survey is conducted. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
