O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner in C.S.R. No.249 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was already considered and the same was closed on 26.03.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the complaint of the petitioner was already closed and today the copy of the closure report also furnished to the petitioner, therefore the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law, this writ petition is closed.
