This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in CRL.OP(MD).No. 3071 of 2026 dated 13.02.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of the offence and also the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 13.02.2026 in CRL.OP(MD).No.3071 of 2026 is relaxed in toto.
