ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner without any legally sustainable complaint and to direct the respondents to follow the guideline issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in D.K. Basu (1997 1 SCC 416) case.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was undertaken, during the course of enquiry, it is seen that there is a landlord and tenant issue between the parties and they were advised to work out their remedies before the appropriate Civil Court. Hence, the said complaint was closed. 3.In view of the civil dispute between the parties, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
