2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though this Court directed in W.P(MD)No.14888 of 2024 to dispose of the proceedings pending in O.Mu.No. 2883/2024/A4, dated 13.05.2024 by an order, dated 05.07.2024, the 1st respondent conducted enquiry and also passed final orders, however, the 1st respondent has not provided a certified copy of the said final order to enable the petitioner to work out his further remedies. The petitioner also filed an application under the Right to Information Act on 30.12.2024 seeking the order copy of the proceedings. Since no information was provided, the petitioner has preferred an appeal on 12.03.2025 and even thereafter, the copy of the order has not been furnished to the petitioner, necessitated the petitioner to approach this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate today on instructions submits that pursuant to the proceedings, dated 13.05.2024, the Revenue Divisional Officer has passed final orders on 09.11.2024. Today, the copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Open Court. As rightly contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the photocopy of the proceedings would not suffice and necessary certified copy has to be provided by the 1st respondent.

4. In view of the above discussion, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to communicate the certified copy of the order, dated 13.05.2024 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to enable the petitioner to take up such further steps as he may be advised, in accordance with law.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
