The learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submitted that the impugned charge memo has now culminated into imposition of punishment of censure on 15.09.2020. As such, no effective order can be passed in the present writ petition challenging the charge memo.

2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved against the punishment, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law. No costs.
