Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNANITHI M, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the Criminal original Petition, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners in pursuant to the proceedings in C.C.No.380 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first petitioner is aged about 82 years and his personal appearance before the trial Court may dispensed with. 3.Perusal of records reveals that the age of the first petitioner is mentioned as 82 years in the complaint. Considering his age, the personal appearance of the first petitioner alone is dispensed with before the trial Court until further orders, except the hearings, which are mandatory under Cr.P.C. sd/- 17/06/2022 / TRUE COPY / 23/06/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
