ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 2 nd respondent to give adequate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 06.06.2022, within the period as stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a representation to the police stating that he was threatened by 11 persons with regard to eviction of residential and seeks police protection.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that earlier application given by the petitioner was closed directing him to approach the authorities concerned for cancellation of patta. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.06.2022 and to take suitable action on the same.
