ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents from demolishing the Pillaiyar God deity at Paruthivilai North Street, Muthukrishnapuram, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. In this case, since another writ petition has been instituted, wherein a direction was issued to remove the unauthorized installation of deity in the public place, thus, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
