The petitioner/a complainant in CC No.196 of 2014, on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai, with a grievance that Bailable Warrant, dated 07.11.2025, 2/5
issued in E.A.No.72 of 2025 in CC No.196 of 2014 as against the respondents 4 to 6 herein, has not been executed so far, has approached this Court.
2. Today (17.04.2026), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for admission, Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that they have not received the warrant till date. In the event, if the warrant is produced before the respondent police, it would be executed within a reasonable time.
3.Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to execute the warrant as expeditiously as possible.
