ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent in No.3462 / E1 / 2018 dated 12.12.2018 and to direct the second respondent to appoint a Special Officer to administer the Society, namely, Victoria Edward Hall (Reg.No.16/1907-8) on the basis of representation made by the petitioner dated 08.06.2018 as forwarded by the first respondent in his letter No. 28777/2018/M2 dated 03.07.2018 to the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous. 2/4

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
