ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) submitted that order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8117 of 2021 dated 22.06.2021 has been complied with and charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Thanjavur District and the same was not processed so far. 2.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) that the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration. Hence, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Thanjavur shall process the same as per the rules and compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.
