This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that there is no petition / no complaint is pending against this petitioner. 3.Therefore, in the said circumstances, in the absence of any petition / enquiry against this petitioner, the respondents 1 and 2 shall not call the petitioner for enquiry.

4. Thus, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
