Writ Petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2026 and further to direct the 2nd respondent to accept the property tax for the petitioner's property in S.No.141-7 C5 situated at South Singampunari Village, Singampunari.

ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2026 and to further direct the second respondent to accept the property tax for the petitioner's property in Survey No.141-7C5 at SouthSingampunari Village, Singampunari. 2.Upon hearing the learned counsel on either side, considering the nature of relief that is prayed for, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. It is made clear that this Court is not rendering any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner. The writ petition is ordered on the following terms:

(i)The representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2026 shall be taken up for consideration, if there is an claim or any third party interest involved, notice can be issued both to the petitioner and the said third party, and after hearing both sides, orders in accordance with law shall be passed by the 2nd respondent.

(ii)The aforesaid exercise shall be conducted as expeditiously as

possible in any event not later than two months from the date of receipt to the web copy of the order.

(iii)No costs.
