The Writ Petition is directed against the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.737/2021/A3(Vu), dated 13.05.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the State would submit that since the President who was elected, had expired, the third respondent was given in charge and that the same was challenged in the present writ petition and that subsequently, one Tmt.Janaki wife of Selvaraj has been elected as the President and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the third respondent would also concede the same.

4.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
