ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.4282 of 2026, dated 27.02.2026.

2. In the order, dated 27.02.2026, in condition No.8(d), the petitioner was directed to stay at Madurai and report before the Tallakulam Police Station daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months.

3.Though this Court in its order, dated 27.02.2026 observed that neither relaxation nor modification petition is entitled for the next three months, considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition and the fact that he has complied with the condition for the past 9 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.8(d) imposed in the order, dated 27.02.2026 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of 30 days. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
