(CRIME NO.733/2021) .. RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Extend the time made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21060/2021 dated 29.12.2021 by this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AROCKIYA SELVA RAMESH S, Advocate for the petitioners M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant extension the time made in Crl.OP(MD)No.21060 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to produce sureties. Due to the financial crisis, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.21060 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 29.12.2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.21060 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
