ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to change the investigation in Crime No.194 of 2021 on the file of the 5th respondent to any other competent officer under the 3rd respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that based upon the representation of the petitioner, investigation is completed and final report was also filed before the Special Court for NDPS Cases. The charge sheet was taken on file in C.C.No.340 of 2021 and the case was posted to 13.08.2021 for the appearance of the accused. 3.Since the final report has been taken cognizance, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Further, it is clarified that no argument has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner on merits. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Court concerned for appropriate remedy. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
