Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL SANKARA NATHA KUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to the present pandemic situation, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.8556 of 2021 dated 30.06.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order
